You’re still welcome here. Many people I work with have fluctuating sleep—some nights are better than others. If sleep still feels fragile, uncertain, or stressful, this work can help you build confidence and resilience, even if your insomnia isn’t nightly.

Yes — I work with clients worldwide. All session times are listed in Eastern Time (ET), and my booking calendar will automatically show your local time when scheduling online. Payment is accepted in USD, and international clients are responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by their bank or payment provider.
When booking online, payment is processed through PayPal. If you’d prefer a different method, such as Venmo, please contact me directly and I’ll send you a secure payment link.
All regular coaching sessions are non-refundable. If you need to change your time, you may reschedule your appointment with at least 48 hours’ notice.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled session forfeit the session and payment.
Yes, absolutely. You can choose to purchase add-on support at any point during or after sleep coaching services. Messaging is available via text, email, or online chat.
Quick questions, small wins, struggles, or emotional check-ins. For example:
“I noticed I was trying to force sleep again last night—any suggestions?”
“Just wanted to share that I rested without panic for the first time!”
No, all add-on message support (available via text, email, or online chat) purchases are non-refundable. Each purchase provides access for 30 consecutive days from the purchase date and cannot be paused, transferred, or credited toward future support. If you’d like continued support beyond that period, you’re welcome to purchase an additional month separately and as needed.
Emergency Sessions are offered within 24-48 hours, subject to availability. Please contact me directly and once we agree on a time, I’ll send you a direct payment link followed by a Zoom link if meeting by video. Emergency coaching sessions are also available via phone or online chat — whichever feels most comfortable for you. Please just let me know your preference.
Yes! I offer a 3-Session Sleep Recovery Package at a special rate for clients. I also offer single sessions at the regular rate. If you have any questions, please just ask.
For Emergency Coaching Sessions, I can offer some daytime, evening and weekend appointments, including Sundays, depending on availability. If I’m not already booked during my regular coaching hours (see the booking page for current calendar availability), I can often accommodate an emergency request sooner. I’ll confirm your emergency session time when we discuss your booking.
Due to the time-sensitive nature of these sessions and the priority scheduling required to accommodate them, all Emergency Sessions are final once confirmed and paid. No refunds or reschedules are available.
