1:1 Sleep Coaching

Virtual sessions by video (Zoom), phone, or online chat to provide flexible support tailored to your preferences. We'll work at your pace—no pressure, no protocols.


Messaging Support

For ongoing guidance and encouragement between sessions (via text, email or video).

Sleep Coaching Session Options

Single Session

$119

A 45-minute 1:1  coaching session designed to help you understand insomnia and explore the fears and patterns that may be keeping you stuck in the cycle. You’ll leave with clarity, compassionate insight, and personalized next steps to support your way forward.


Sessions are available via video (Zoom), phone, text, or online chat—whatever feels most comfortable and convenient for you.

3-Session Package

$339 $113/session

A bundle of three 45-minute sessions offering continued support as you navigate the insomnia struggle. Together, we’ll explore patterns, reduce pressure, and rebuild trust in your body’s natural ability to sleep—with growing clarity, ease, and confidence as you move forward with lasting change.


Sessions are available via video (Zoom), phone, text, or online chat—whichever works best for your needs.

Ongoing Support

$315 $105/session

This special 3-session bundle is available to returning clients seeking ongoing support through the natural ups and downs of recovery. Whether you're integrating what you've learned, navigating new sleep challenges, or in need of steady encouragement, these follow-up sessions offer a grounded space to stay connected and supported as you continue to progress on your recovery journey.


Sessions are available via video (Zoom), phone, text, or online chat.

Emergency Coaching Session– Within 24-48 Hours $249/session

A 45-minute 1:1 coaching session for urgent support. We’ll address your most pressing sleep challenges, calm fear and overwhelm, and give you strategies to use tonight. Note: Offered within 24-48 hours of booking, subject to availability. Once confirmed, I’ll send you a direct payment link. Contact me to schedule.

Add-On Support Between Sessions

If you’ve added messaging support to your coaching package, I’m so glad to offer you that extra touchpoint between sessions. Please know this space is meant for brief check-ins, small questions, or emotional reassurance—not full coaching or in-depth session work. I’ll respond within 48 hours, with thoughtful and caring replies that honor your message. If at any point your needs feel bigger than this space can hold, I’ll recommend we bring it into our next session.

Light Support

$49/month

Exchange up to 3 email, text, or online chat sleep coaching check-ins per week for 30 consecutive days. You can expect to receive a response within 48 hours. This is perfect for gentle accountability, small questions, or a supportive reminder when you need it most.

Unlimited Support

$89/month

Exchange unlimited brief messages via text, email, or online chat for 30 consecutive days, with responses within 48 hours. This option is ideal if you're looking for steady encouragement and a supportive presence throughout your week as you move through recovery.

Combination Support

$139/month

Exchange unlimited brief messages via text, email, or online chat for 30 consecutive days. You'll also receive up to 2 personalized video responses per week (3–5 minutes each). All responses will be sent to you within 48 hours. This is ideal for those who benefit from both written encouragement and spoken reassurance between coaching sessions.
