Sleep coaching is a supportive, non-clinical approach that helps you shift your relationship with sleep. Instead of focusing on fixing or forcing sleep, we explore the underlying patterns of fear, effort, and control that may be keeping you stuck. My approach is educational, collaborative, and grounded in creating emotional and nervous system safety so that rest can return naturally.

My clients are thoughtful, caring people who have often tried everything, from medications to strict routines. Yes. Many of my clients feel like they’ve exhausted all options. This work isn’t about finding the next sleep trick—it’s about shifting the underlying patterns of fear and pressure that often keep insomnia going. By approaching sleep with less force and more trust, change becomes possible—even when it hasn’t before.
You’re still welcome here. Many people I work with have fluctuating sleep—some nights are better than others. If sleep still feels fragile, uncertain, or stressful, this work can help you build confidence and resilience, even if your insomnia isn’t nightly.
I understand that life happens—and sometimes things come up. If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please do so at least 48 hours in advance using the link in your confirmation email.
Sessions canceled with less than 48 hours' notice may be forfeited, as that time was reserved just for you. Thank you for honoring both our time and the space we’ve set aside for your support.
