Many of my clients are healthcare professionals, teachers, and parents—people who care deeply and give generously, often putting themselves last. Others are recovering from chronic illness, like Lyme disease or long COVID, or have faced complex, draining health journeys. What they all share is exhaustion, self-pressure, and the hope that rest might feel possible again.
My mission is to offer a safe, compassionate space for people who are tired of forcing sleep—to gently rebuild trust in their bodies, their nights, and themselves.

I bring a unique blend of personal experience, professional training, and heart-centered guidance to the people I work with.
As a Certified Sleep Coach with a Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Counseling, I offer an emotionally attuned, safe approach that goes far beyond surface-level tips. While I don’t provide therapy or clinical treatment, my background allows me to offer meaningful education and support, rooted in a deep understanding of the fear, pressure, and vulnerability that often accompany sleep struggles.
My work draws from the principles of ACT-I, CBT-I, and mindfulness—but more than anything, it's rooted in presence, safety, and a deep respect for your experience. Together, we’ll gently shift the patterns that keep you stuck and help you rebuild a sense of trust in your own capacity to rest.
